However, we reserve the right to discontinue or remove access in the event the website or business is sold, closed, or materially changed. In such a case, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

2. SEO Course Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course and provide a clear explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations. Refund requests must be sent to team@brouillons.com. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Audit delivery is typically completed within 5 business days after we receive your completed intake form. This is not guaranteed, but we aim to meet or beat this timeframe.
5. SEO Audit Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of this service and the time invested, the SEO Audit is non-refundable.
6. Usage & Distribution
You are welcome to share the SEO audit deliverables internally with your team. You may not publicly publish or redistribute any part of the materials or analysis unless for private use, and not in a misleading or harmful way. For public use (e.g. testimonials, case studies), please reach out for written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The information provided in both the course and audit is based on best practices and proven methods. However, SEO results are never guaranteed. Rankings and visibility depend on many external factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithms and third-party platforms.
We may use third-party tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console) to analyze your site. If you grant us access to Google Search Console as part of your audit, you consent to us temporarily connecting your account to our tools. We will disconnect all access within 30 days of delivering your audit.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. If you encounter any issues with access, delivery, or need support, contact us at team@brouillons.com. Most inquiries are answered within 2–3 business days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. By purchasing any product from Brouillons.com, you agree to these Terms in full.
